Rick Lahkar
is an associate of Elite Commercial, the division that handles the business brokerage services. Rick's forte is customer servicing and has been a star performer at Federal Express before he moved on to the hospitality industry to work for the top brands in the industry like Marriott Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Rick is very passionate about the American Dream of business ownership and that is what he enjoys doing the most – helping people achieve the dream of their own business ownership. He enjoys working with small to medium sized retail business owners and is totally committed to providing them with his excellent services be it in helping clients sell their business or helping clients buy a business. He is a match-maker and is committed to make a deal happen when it is a win-win situation for both the seller and the buyer.

He specializes in gas stations, convenience stores, liquor stores, restaurants, sandwich shops, coffee shops, etc.

Rick networks closely with other industry professionals like SBA lenders, conventional lenders, business attorneys, insurance brokers, CPA's and will refer you to the right people for guidance.

Rick is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers.  





Manny Kang
is an associate of Elite Commercial and works closely with Rick in the commercial transactions.

He has been a successful entrepreneur for many years now. He owned his first gas station at the age of nineteen and has owned and operated many successful business ventures since then. He has been a successful franchisee of 7-eleven convenience stores as well. In addition, he had a successful stint at New York Life Insurance Company in insurance sales.

Manny finally found his calling in real estate and started selling real estate in the Bay Area. He established his own office in Sacramento in 2004 and now has grown to multiple branch locations. He is a residential real estate specialist and a dedicated professional who cares about his clients needs. His office has a team of both residential real estate and home loan specialists who are very committed to what they do.

Manny is very involved in the operations of Elite Commercial – the business brokerage division because he has been a “hands-on” business owner in the past. His past experience in business ownership comes in handy in assisting both business sellers and buyers with their questions and challenges.
